Carman Ciervo, DO, FACOFP, dist. – Executive Vice President, Chief Physician Executive

Carman Ciervo, D.O., FACOFP, has been serving Kennedy Health in multiple capacities for 25 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fairfield University and a Doctor of Osteopathy from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is affiliated with many professional societies, including the American Association of University Professors and the American Osteopathic Association. He is also a Distinguished Fellow of the American College of Family Physicians. In addition to serving as a family physician and Chief Physician Executive, Dr. Ciervo continues to contribute research to various publications, including ACOFP Osteopathic Family Physician. Dr. Ciervo held a leading role in founding Kennedy’s primary care network, Kennedy Health Alliance. In his current role, Dr. Ciervo carries out the mission and vision of Kennedy Health Alliance – to serve as a premier access point for quality healthcare in the ambulatory setting, providing quality primary and specialty care services to the South Jersey population.

Anthony Wehbe, DO, MBA, FACOI – Chief Population Health Executive

Anthony Wehbe, DO, earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Board certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Wehbe was voted “Top Doc” by South Jersey Magazine in 2013 and 2014. In 2015, he was awarded “Teacher of the Year” from Rowan University SOM’s intern residency class. Currently serving as chair of the American College of Osteopathic Internist’s IT committee, he is a member of numerous professional societies including the American Osteopathic Association and the American Medical Association. Dr. Wehbe serves on multiple committees at Kennedy Health, including the Ethics Committee and the Patient Safety Committee. At the 2015 International Cleveland Clinic Patient Experience Conference, he presented on engaging physicians with patient experience. In his current role, Dr. Wehbe will oversee operations at Kennedy Health Alliance, Kennedy Family Health Services Center, Kennedy Home Care and the Kennedy Health Care Center.

Greg Taylor, DO – Senior Medical Director, Primary Care

Greg Taylor, D.O., earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Rutgers University, and a Doctor of Osteopathy from UMDNJ-SOM (now Rowan University-SOM). He has been practicing family medicine for ten years in the South Jersey area. Dr. Taylor also serves as a Clinical Preceptor for medical students at Rowan University School of Medicine and is an active member of multiple committees, including AmeriHealth NJ’s Clinical Quality Committee and UMDNJ-SOM’s Admissions Committee. Dr. Taylor joined Kennedy Health Alliance in 2013 and currently serves as Kennedy Health Alliance’s Medical Director in Washington Township, NJ.


Amanda Kimmel, MSW – Assistant Vice President for Population Health

Amanda Kimmel, MSW, earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Joseph’s University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. With more than 16 years experience working with nonprofit organizations and healthcare facilities, Ms. Kimmel has demonstrated strengths in hands-on leadership, organization management, and strategic planning. She previously served as Corporate Director for Clinical Integration, where she lead strategic clinical initiatives at that focused on patient outcomes, population health management, and innovative processes that support high quality, comprehensive healthcare. In her current role, Ms. Kimmel provides complete oversight of Kennedy Health Alliance, clinical integration, Transitions of Care, health innovations programs and market development. 

Jennifer Lucas, MBA – Senior Director of Finance & Decision Support

Jennifer Lucas, MBA, earned both her undergraduate degree and her MBA from Philadelphia's LaSalle University. She also undertook Continuing Professional Development training in Strategic Decision-Making from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Executive Education Program. With more than 15 years of professional experience, Jennifer has held positions as Controller and Director of Finance at top healthcare organizations in the region. In this position, Jennifer is responsible for complete oversight of Kennedy Health Alliance's finance, revenue cycle, decision support, credentialing, and contracting departments.


Matthew J. Gettings, DO, Director of Quality & Innovation

Matthew J. Gettings, D.O., earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Rowan University-SOM. Certified by National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners, Dr. Gettings is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Before joining KHA, Dr. Gettings served as a Physician Champion in Family Medicine and held positions on the Best Practice Design Committee and Ambulatory EHR Triage Committee. He has also served as a board member of an Accountable Care Organization (ACO). Dr. Gettings brings his leadership experience and quality care to Kennedy Health Alliance, where he serves as Director of Quality & Innovations.

Demetria A. Merceir, MBA – Director, IT Applications

Demetria A. Merceir earned her bachelor's degree in Accounting from Hampton University and a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. Mrs. Merceir has more than 15 years of application and project management experience, as well as extensive experience in data warehousing and data analysis. She has held various IT positions at Kennedy Health over the past seven years. Currently, she is the Director of IT Applications at Kennedy Health Alliance, where she is responsible for the EMR application, staff training and workflow development and maintenance.  


Linda Carroll – Director of Logistical Precision

Linda Carroll serves as the Director of Logistical Precision at Kennedy Health Alliance. With a bachelor’s degree from Towson University, Linda brings more than ten years of financial and administrative experience in integrated health care services, and accreditation in Medical Coding and Billing from Camden County College. In her current role, Linda oversees onboarding operations, facility functionality and compliance, and provides oversight for KHA’s credentialing department.


Nicki Bodenstein  Regional Manager

Nicki Bodenstein, Kennedy Health Alliance Regional Manager, is a cum laude graduate of Glassboro State College (now Rowan University) in Glassboro, NJ. She began her career in healthcare over 30 years ago as a coordinator for the Memorial Hospital of Burlington County (now Virtua Memorial Hospital of Burlington County). She has worked throughout multiple healthcare delivery organizations, and has expanded her expertise to include business administration and management skills. She also has experience in developing and implementing business strategies and operational framework to best ensure patient satisfaction. 

Pamela DelBuono - Regional Manager

Pamela DelBuono has been working in management in the healthcare industry for 30 years. A magna cum laude graduate, Ms. DelBuono earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University and a Certificate in Executive Management from Notre Dame University. Prior to joining Kennedy Health Alliance, Ms. DelBuono gained extensive experience in practice administration for a number of primary and specialty care practices. She has developed advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, process engineering and change management skills, as well as the management of financial operations. Ms. DelBuono joined Kennedy Health Alliance in 2014.

Mary Guglielmo – Regional Manager

Mary Guglielmo, Regional Practice Manager at KHA, has been working in healthcare administration for more than thirty years. Ms. Guglielmo earned her Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM) degree from the University of Phoenix. Her extensive healthcare background ranges from education coordination at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – School of Osteopathic Medicine (now Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine) to practice management of a large surgical office in South Jersey. Currently, Ms. Guglielmo oversees operations of KHA’s specialty services, including General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Gastroenterology, Cardiothoracic Surgery and Breast Surgery.

Elizabeth Kupstas-Badurina – Regional Manager

Elizabeth Kupstas-Budurina serves as a Kennedy Health Alliance (KHA) Regional Manager. A summa cum laude graduate of Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ, she earned a B.A. in Humanities & Social Sciences with a concentration in Business & Law/Justice. Ms. Kupstas-Budurina began her career at Kennedy in 2011, serving as a Unit Coordinator for the Kennedy Health Care Center in Sewell, NJ. In 2013, she joined Kennedy Health Alliance as a practice manager for several KHA offices. In her current role, Ms. Kupstas-Budurina assures that KHA patients receive high-quality health care services accurately, efficiently and according to protocol. 

Brian McNicholas, BSN, RN, MPH – Director of Operational Excellence

Brian McNicholas earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Temple University and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. With more than 8 years of experience working in primary care and community health, he has an in-depth knowledge of healthcare management, operations, and revenue cycle. Brian joined the Kennedy Health Alliance leadership team in 2017 and in his current role serves as Director of Operational Excellence.


Justin Perry, MS – Medical Neighborhood Manager

Justin Perry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ and a Master of Science in Marketing and Communications from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Justin has years of experience in advertising, project management, social media and digital analytics. In his current role, Justin oversees the Jefferson Health - New Jersey Medical Neighborhood and KHA marketing initiatives. This includes internal and external communication, social media, website maintenance, promotional materials, and various marketing campaigns. Justin joined Kennedy Health Alliance in 2017.
